About Me
Welcome! I’m Kevin Scroggins, a Ph.D. student at the University of Florida, where I research decision-making under uncertainty, with a focus on preference elicitation, intelligent systems, multi-agent systems, human-machine teaming, and reinforcement learning. I’m fortunate to be advised by Dr. Emmanuel Dorley.
Before UF, I attended Brown University for my masters degree, working in the BATS machine learning research lab under Dr. Stephan Bach. I completed my undergraduate studies at Cal Poly Pomona, where I was part of the HAPII lab. under Dr.
